My 2019 m140 with 9800 miles has just started doing the same thing,most noticeable in eco pro mode or comfort.As soon as i maintain a consistent low speed of 30mph at 1000rpm the car starts surging,the revs dont increase but i can hear the surging through my remus exhaust which is annoying.
